After investing in real estate for over 20 years, Ginger finally decided to get her real estate license at the wise age of 45. Almost right out of the gate she was lending a helping hand to agents around her. Her big why of, "Helping dreams come true through real estate", has brought her natural path to coaching and mentoring other realtors and real estate investors. Building wealth through real estate and building a successful real estate business has allowed Ginger to continue building upon her Big Why.
